Travel Itinerary

Day 1) 07:00 AM - 07:45 AM - DEPARTURE SAHASTRADHARA HELIPAD, DEHRADUN - ARRIVAL KHARSALI HELIPAD, YAMUNOTRI

Today morning the ground staff will brief you about the do’s and don’ts of the trip. Breakfast will be arranged at Kharsali helipad and passengers are supposed to leave their hotel early at Dehradun.
Upon arrival at Kharsali helipad for Yamunotri passengers are welcomed by our team, who will unload your baggage and carry it to your hotel.
Later go for Temple darshan there is 6 KMS trek one way which will be cover by pony/palki. After darshan come back to Kharsali Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 2) 07:45 AM - 08:30 AM - DEPARTURE YAMUNOTRI HELIPAD - ARRIVAL HARSIL HELIPAD, GANGOTRI

Harsil is one of the most beautiful and scenic Valley in Uttarakhand passengers will be taken to Harsil village & checked-in the hotel.
Later go for Gangotri Dham which is at a distance of approx. 25kms from Harsil Village, which takes around 50 mins to reach.
This place will capture your heart the minute you arrive here. Moreover, the endless sightseeing places here will keep you occupied throughout the day.

Day 3) 7:00 AM - 08:00 AM - DEPARTURE HARSIL HELIPAD - ARRIVAL KEDARNATH HELIPAD

Kedarnath is flanked with breathtaking snow -caped peaks, making it most beautiful and remote site among all for Chardham sites.
We will arrive to Sersi/phata Helipad from Gangotri, after changing the chopper we will fly for Kedarnath Helipad. Temple distance is approx 500M from here and this distance can be cover in 15 Min approx.
Kedarnath doesn’t have good hotel options to stay, once your Darshan will be completed, you will return to Guptkashi and your stay will be arranged at Sersi/Phata/Guptkashi.

Day 4) 07:30 AM - 08:00 AM - DEPARTURE SERSI HELIPAD, GUPTKASHI - ARRIVAL BADRINATH HELIPAD

According to legend Shankar discovered a black stone image of Lord Badrinarayan made of Saligram stone in the Alaknanda River.

Accommodation will be arranged in badrinath which is very close to temple. In the Evening, we will visit Mana Village which is near to religious site of Badrinath.
We have arranged an opportunity to all our guest to sit inside the temple and cherish the darshan of the Shringar of the deity from close quarters.

Day 5) 08:00 AM - 09:00 PM - DEPARTURE BADRINATH HELIPAD - ARRIVAL DEHRADUN HELIPAD

Post breakfast the guests shall be flown to Shastradhara, which take one hour journey to reach Dehradun. Upon arrival, our team will greet you and after that we will drop you at Dehradun Airport/Railway Station
Tour ends with Divine Memories.

Frequently Asked Questions

Helicopter Weight Limitation

Total passenger weight should not exceed over 350 Kgs for 05 Passengers and 420 for 06 Passengers. Passengers would be taken on board depending up on the load and temperature conditions. Pilots' calls will be final. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately with no refund. it is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation. Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guests would be deboarded & cancelled for the heli-tour, without any refund.

Guidelines For Passengers

Carrying of AADHAR CARD is must for all Indians, whereas passport is required for foreign nationals.
Although warm and pleasant during the day, Badrinath Dham experiences freezing temperature during night. Ensure you carry some heavy woolen clothing like down jackets, sweaters and shawls and accessories like woolen gloves, socks and mufflers.
All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75kg weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at very high-altitude terrain, where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 420 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our sharing flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1,500 per Kg. This will be decided on a day before the date of Journey. However, if the overall weight of 6 Passengers does not exceed 420 Kgs, then there will be no extra charge for overweight passengers.
The above-mentioned timings are not final. Timings may differ on your date of travel, mentioned timings is tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed at last moment due to any operational, weather changes, clearance from Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads.

We operate Airbus AS350 B3, BELL 407 single Engine helicopter. This is known for its high-altitude performance.

Tour Terms & Conditions

There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
