• Rates mentioned above are valid for Indian nationals only until and unless specified along with the quotation.
• The quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest the and advance amount is deposited either in Cheque / AC Transfer to process the reservation, the booking is processed at our end. Once given confirmation then full and final payment should be made either in cash or bank transfer at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest before the tour starts.
• Base category rooms will be booked in hotels until and unless specified in the quotation or by customers

in advance. In case the rooms are not available in the selected hotel, rooms shall be booked in similar category hotels or higher category rooms where you have to pay the difference.

• Apart from the above in some cases like Journeys, hotels, or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year, long Weekends), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
• Any date amendments in the air tickets will be considered as cancellation only and new tickets are issued under the new applicable fare at the time of issuance of ticket and cancellation charges are applicable for the canceled tickets as per airline policy.
• Please take care of your luggage before leaving the car or Hotel. The company is not responsible for any loss.
• Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. A cancellation policy shall be applicable in such cases.
• The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is at the guest’s discretion whether to take service or not.
• Please carry your valid Identity proof card (passport in case of international travel).
• For early check-in and late check-out payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

• For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Travel Planners, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of UTTARAKHAND.
• In the case of international travel, rates may vary based on a change of ROE or any other fluctuation in the international market or subject to availability. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hikes in entrance fees of monuments /museums, Taxes, and fuel costs – by the Government of India, the same would be charged as extra.
• On accepting this quotation, you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with the booking terms & conditions, payment policy, and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement.
